Ross has more than 13 years of experience in financial services, specializing in leadership, financial planning and strategy. He got his start in the industry right out of Acadia University. While he earned his certified financial planner designation, he has a passion for the business and strategy side and uses both in tandem to lead the CU Financial Management team. 

The competitive nature of the industry keeps Ross on his toes, and he’s always looking for opportunities to innovate and leverage technology to enhance the value his team brings to their clients. 

Ross lives in Quispamsis, NB, with his wife Jessica and their dog Walter. They love to travel off the beaten path, golf, and hike with Walt.
