David brings over 15 years of experience in financial services, with a focus on operations and administration.
His career began as a co-op student while completing his studies at the University of Prince Edward Island. This led to a full-time role, where he gained valuable experience in back-office operations and marketing over the next decade.
He later transitioned into a role as a Financial Advisor, quickly advancing to a key position in sales support and operations. In this role, he served as the primary support lead for a financial center while also assisting leadership and providing operational support to multiple advisors across Atlantic Canada.
In his current role as Manager of Operations and Administration at CU Financial Management, David oversees a wide range of critical functions, including IT, HR, marketing, and finance. He is dedicated to improving processes, implementing strategic initiatives, and fostering a collaborative work environment. Leading a team of six Associates, David prioritizes coaching, development, and ensuring operational excellence to support the organization’s goals and client services. His ability to balance day-to-day operations with long-term strategy has been instrumental in driving efficiencies and delivering results.
Outside the office, David enjoys road trips and capturing scenic landscapes with his drone. A passionate foodie, he loves experimenting in the kitchen and exploring local dining spots.
