Manager, Operations & Administration

David has 15+ years of experience in financial services, specializing in operations and administration. He started at Invesco Canada Ltd as a co-op student from the University of Prince Edward Island and was later hired by the company. Over a decade, he held various roles, including in their back-office and marketing teams.

Afterward, he joined Freedom 55 Financial (now Canada Life) as a Financial Advisor, quickly progressing to a key role in the sales support and operations team. He served as the primary support person based in Charlottetown’s financial center. In addition, he willingly took on additional responsibilities, supporting members in leadership positions and assisting three advisors across Atlantic Canada.

Currently, as the Manager of Operations & Administration at CU Financial Management, David enjoys the diverse nature of his work, which involves IT, HR, marketing, finance, and leading a team of nine Financial Services Coordinators.

Outside of work, David explores through road trips and captures scenic photos with his drone. He is a passionate foodie who enjoys cooking at home and dining out.
